Gary Clarke - Managing Director, The Career Co-op, LLC
Gary has contributed to the growth and development of large and mid-size companies for more than a quarter century. He has worked in human resource management as a partner to business leaders since graduating from Cornell University's Industrial & Labor Relations program in 1984. His early career specialist experiences include recruiting, compensation, employee relations and expatriate management roles in manufacturing companies such as Teradyne, Kendall McGaw-Colgate Palmolive Co., and Allergan Pharmaceuticals-SmithKline Co., Lucent Technologies and Avaya.
Throughout his management career, his progressive human resource business partner roles have focused on developing and/or moving organization's forward with their key strategies in talent management, rewards and retention, labor-management relations, mergers & acquisitions/divestitures, succession planning, along with sales force staffing and development. In the last ten years of his corporate career, he led human resource functions as a vice-president and member of senior management for highly profitable divisions of RWE American Water and Terex Corporation.
His manufacturing, divisional, headquarters and global operations experience in both union and non-union environments across a spectrum of businesses and industries provides Gary with a highly qualified perspective relative to business process change, its impact on talent and careers. His own career journey has also given him a hands-on understanding of both organizational and individual transformation within the world of work. Throughout his career, he has coached, developed and helped to promote and move numerous executives and professionals along their chosen career path around the globe.

Meredith Lowe - Managing Director, The Career Co-op, LLC
Meredith brings with her over twenty years experience in human resources. She has worked in a variety of industry segments including consumer package goods, financial services, and new media. She has held senior human resources roles at such companies as Timex, Beiersdorf, and Reuters/Instinet Corporation.
Prior to launching the Career Co-op, Meredith was Senior Business Development Executive at a premier career management services firm, with primary responsibility for new business development in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
Previously, Meredith was a Vice President of Human Resources with Legardere, a French media company in New York City, where she was responsible for creating the human resources department of a start-up venture in the mobile-to-mobile media space.
Meredith recently joined the Board of the Connecticut Green Building Council where she is focusing her efforts on advocacy issues. Additionally, Meredith is a member of SHRM, ASTD, And the Association of Career professionals. She obtained her BS degree in Counseling from Boston University, Sargent College of Allied Health.
