"The class was a great way to strategically plan the beginning of a career or change careers.  Whether it is a college grad or a seasoned professional taking this course, we all learned something new about building our own brand, and successfully marketing ourselves in the current job market.  Each presenter brings a different strength into the discussion and together cover cohesive subject matter on relevant subjects.

My personal favorite aspect of the class was being able to share my current experiences in my career in an open and trusting environment. I came to the class needing a career change but not exactly sure what it was I was looking for and through our class discussions as well as learning how to job search (which was something not provided during undergrad), I learned more about myself and gained a little more direction in my career goals.  Once I had a clear goal, I was able to use the knowledge provided in the class such as using LinkedIn as a job searching tool. writing an effective resume and professional bio to take my career to the next level.
